Teemarto has signed an agreement with ScottishPower to only use power from renewable sources.  With ScottishPower's Green Energy, the amount of electricity we use is matched with a supply of clean, green hydro-power - sourced from their hydroelectric power stations in Lanark, Galloway and Cruachan - into the electricity grid.

Even Friends of the Earth have recognised ScottishPower's green energy option: "The significance of Scotland's hydro resource is often forgotten and we welcome ScottishPower's Green Energy H20 tariff and the opportunity that this presents for consumers to choose to source their energy from a renewable tariff." (Friends of the Earth Scotland).

All the power used in Teemarto's offices and production facilities is now wholly sourced from renewable energy and Teemarto continues its commitment to fight global warming.
